WARRANTY

Who do you deal with?
Because you are dealing directly with the supply company, Harrington Agricultural Products, all warranties are handled by us.
We remove the frustration of chasing different companies for individual components of the system.

What is covered ?
All products are covered against poor workmanship or faulty materials for the duration of the warranty period as per manufacturers warranty periods.

• Racewell 1 year
• Tru-Test 1 year

BACK UP SUPPORT

• Technical support is available via mobile phone or email, there is no charge for this service.
• In the event of indicator problems we do have loan units available.
• Follow up on farm service is available.
• A range of spare parts are kept in stock, although many of the components are readily available, of the shelf from engineering/hardware retailers.
• A detailed troubleshooting and tips guide is available.
• A service charge will apply to all farm service calls that are not covered under normal warranty conditions, such as indicator set-up, insufficient air pressure, damaged components, power failure, training or the installation of third party componentry.

FINANCE

Purchasing a Racewell system is a major financial commitment.You may wish to investigate the possibility of financing the purchase through a reputable Finance Broker.
It is possible to finance the entire system or part there of e.g. electronic ear tags or electronic scanner.
Included are contact details of three such firms for your perusal.
Please feel free to contact the Financial Broker of your choice to discuss your financial requirements.
