BIFOLD GATE & LIGHT SENSORS

The Bifold Gate is operated by the infrared light sensors (see below), the bifold gate opens and closes automatically restricting the flow of sheep onto the catching area. The bifold gate will not open until the first sheep leaves the crush.

LARGE BACKING GATE

Large hinged backing gate ensures a steady flow of sheep. The backing gate attaches to the race with 2 bolts. As the sheep attempts to go backwoods the carding material catches the wool and the hinged gate simple folds back blocking their path.

SMALL BACKING GATES

Increase sheep flow! Small backing gates fitted to a race at a 45 degree angle will automatically close due to gravity.
